1. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy or use a website service from WebSyite (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to them.
2. What we provide
Depending on the plan you buy, we design, build, host and support a website for your business. Your plan may include a domain name, hosting, an SSL certificate, SEO setup, a CRM and content tools. Exactly what is included is shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the amount you will be charged.
- Payments are collected through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- The Annual plan is a one-time payment covering twelve months. The Monthly plan charges the first month as a one-time payment; no automatic recurring mandate is created, and we contact you before any further billing.
- Domain renewals from the second year onwards are charged at the registry standard price.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you give us — your text, images, logo and business information. You confirm you have the right to use that material and that it is lawful. We may remove content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
5. Domain ownership
Any domain we register for you is registered in your name. You own it and can transfer it away, subject to the registry’s normal transfer rules. Domain availability is confirmed at the time of registration, not at the time of search.
6. Delivery and your involvement
After payment you book a call with our team so we can collect your photos, services and contact details. We need that input to finish your website, so delays in providing it will delay your go-live date.
7. Refunds
Our refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service for anything unlawful or misleading, or that infringes another party’s rights, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
9. Service availability
We work to keep your website online continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, and outages caused by third parties such as hosting providers or domain registries, may occasionally interrupt service.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
