What we collect
- Your business brief — business name, category and description, so we can generate your website.
- Contact details — email address, phone number and postal address, so we can deliver your website and reach you.
- Order details — the plan, domain and design you chose, and your preferred call slot.
- Visit statistics — which pages were opened, which buttons were pressed, how far down a page was scrolled, and how long it was read. See How we measure visits below for exactly what this does and does not include.
Payment information
We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We receive only a payment reference confirming that a payment succeeded.

- To contact you about your order, including the developer call you booked.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the service providers needed to deliver your website — our payment gateway (Razorpay), our hosting provider, and the domain registrar when you buy a domain.
We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how well our advertising works. It tells Meta which pages you visited on this site so we can see whether our ads are reaching the right people. It does not receive your name, phone number, email address or payment details.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your order and contact information for as long as we provide your website, and afterwards only as long as we are legally required to for tax and accounting purposes.
How we measure visits
We keep our own count of how the website is being used — which pages get opened, which buttons get pressed, how far down a page people scroll, and how long a page stays on screen. This is how we find out which parts of the site are confusing and which are working. It is recorded on our own servers, and this particular information is not shared with anyone.
We have built it so that it cannot identify you:
- It sets no cookies at all.
- Your IP address and browser version are used for a moment to work out your country and whether you are on a phone or a computer, and are then discarded. Neither is stored.
- Instead of an identifier that follows you, we store a scrambled code that is rebuilt from scratch every day. The same person visiting on two days is two unrelated codes to us. This means we genuinely cannot tell whether anyone has visited before — and we have accepted losing that ability on purpose.
- None of it is ever connected to your name, phone number, email address or order. Nothing you type into a form is recorded — only the label of the button you pressed.
Your browser stores one random code for as long as the tab is open, so that several pages read in a row count as one visit rather than several. It is erased the moment you close the tab.
Turning it off. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we do not record the visit at all. You can also switch it off permanently by opening your browser's developer console on this site and running localStorage.setItem('websyite_analytics', 'off'), or by using any tracker-blocking extension. The website works normally either way.
Cookies and storage
We store your progress through the website builder in your own browser so you do not lose your work.
We also use advertising cookies set by the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which records the pages you visit here so we can measure our advertising. You can turn this off in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, through your browser's cookie controls, or with any tracker-blocking extension — the website works normally either way.
Our own visit statistics, described above, use no cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@websyite.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
This site and the websites we build are served over encrypted HTTPS connections. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to deliver your service.
